Dr. Michelle Wolford and Kailen Cook decided to get together and enhance the already present Bieler Bone Broth. This very nutritious broth is helpful during acute illness, surgery or as part of a detoxification /cleansing program. Alkaline Broths are used to help with body with healing, remineralization, reducing internal acidity due to toxins. Great, simple way, to add healing nutrients to your meals!

4 leaves of swiss chard
1/2 cup mushrooms
3 stalks celery
2 large carrots
1 crown of broccoli head
Organic free-range chicken broth or/ soak bone marrow in a bowl of water for 1 hr
clove of garlic
Pinch of Sea salt
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
The Process:1tbsp of organic butter in a Saute Pan at low-med heat. Throw in 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1-2 tbsp of ginger (take the root and peel it like a potato- all you want is the insides, not the skin), and ½ yellow onion with ½ squeezed lemon, 1tsp honey and 1tsp of apple cider vinegar. Let it saute for a couple minutes, add in 2 chicken breast thinly sliced…saute until the outside of chicken turns white (when it looks cooked on the outside- NOT inside). Then add in 1 (32oz) organic free range chicken broth (usually comes in a carton). Let sit on low heat for 5-10 min, then add in CILANTRO and all the cut up veggies you were cutting on the side (broccoli, swiss chard, carrots, celery, mushrooms). Let the whole soup cook at low heat simmer for 20-30 min! Enjoy!!
