It is possible that my foot injury was a learning expereince around being patient for my desired end result, learning to receive and the purpose of stepping stones.
In my life (and think about how this may relate to you), I work hard to accomplish my goals and dreams. I am not good about accepting help. Since the death of my father, I have not been good about staying as connected to my friends or the community I belong to and have focused unneeded energy on perfecting my business. And, I get frustrated with myself when I can’t make my dreams happen over night. My expectations are unrealistic (because I expect to be “a college scholar without even graduating 1st grade”- so to speak) and I struggle with “the process”. Overly eager for the end result.
Rehabilitating my foot is a very clear cut process with some potential nuances and possible time delays or accelerations. My body (life) must have needed to experience living in the moment and being involved in the process of TODAY.
Here is a blueprint of my future process, in regards to my foot.
