Tonight I experienced Kundalini Awakening. I have actually had a healing master back in San Diego perform the Kundalini Awakening on me before, but tonight I was truly running my energy.
Kundalini Awakening is described in yoga as shakti or “corporeal energy”- unconscious and instinctive force. Kundalini is described in certain yoga upanishads as lying “coiled” at the base of the spine and running up to your crown center (the chakra above your head) It is envisioned to be a goddess or sleeping serpent. Kundalini Awakening results from activation by an enlightened master or through deep meditation, enlightenment and bliss. In practical terms, one of the most commonly reported kundalini experiences is the feeling of an electric current running along the spine.
Tonight before Darshan, we did a meditation and I had this entire etherical experience with SwamiJi’s energy. He was sitting in front of me working with my energy. We were talking, we did some healing, I began to do some energetic healing on others in this meditation and through that I noticed we awoken parts of my healing consciousness. As a result, when Darshan began, my body was uncontrollably moving throughout my meditation. I was seated Indian style (for American readers) and my body just began to shake from my belly to my head. Go to Utube and see if you can find a video on peoples Kundalini Awakening experiences to watch and see. It’s real! You are filled with so much energy so quickly that the body has to move it through you and as a result you kind of start convulsing. Nothing to be afraid of. It is actually quite funny and totally harmLESS.
Tonights Darshan: To have a marriage filled with light, love, pleasure, playfulness, passion, integrity, responsibility, authenticity and enrichment with Kailen Cook. To have an enlightened marriage and kids. Swami gave me a thumbs up, smiled, looked in my eyes and said “Done!”. Then he began to do a healing on me. This time, I felt it. Again, my body moving in uncontrollable rhythmic motion (nothing profane or scary). I felt happy, understood and complete.
Let the journey begin!
