With an increase in knowledge and education, we as a society are starting to shift from pharmaceutical care to natural care. However, the mentality of taking something for every symptom, ache, pain, non-perfection has not shifted with it. Pharmaceutical or natural, over prescribing can still hurt you.
Your body is a big cell made up of multiple little cells. Every time you eat, breath, put something on your skin, drink, have an emotional expereince or put something else into your body, your cells have to decide what they want to keep and what they want to get rid of. But if the incoming load is to large, then often parts of the out going load will be saved (tucked away in a cell) till the body can physically get it all out. This creates cellular congestion. Whether healthy elements of destructive elements, too much of anything still creates congestion. It is the cellular congestion that does damage. Of course, the source of congestion can impact how toxic the cell becomes, but even a lot of a good thing can be damaging.
Remember this every time you think you need to run to the natural food store to buy teas, herbs, tinctures, homeopathy, supplements. You would be better off seeing a professional that can focus on one root cause at a time and begin to piece your internal puzzle back together. And take note, sometimes when things are “running smoothly” and then for a moment they appear “to NOT”, this is usually a calibration period or a communication period. When there is a form of insult or disruption to the body like the wrong foods for your immune system, an emotional experience, to heavy of a meal, not chewing well enough, ect, the body will respond to communicate to you how it felt about that experience and then it will go through it’s natural process to find balance. Often we treat fearfully at the first sign of imbalance. Sometimes this is good, sometimes we impede the natural process of the wise human body creating more harm than good.
